With almost 20 years of physiotherapy experience, we work with people of all ages to improve movement, relieve pains and aches, and enhance quality of life, playing a key role in recovery after surgery, illness, or injury.
We are specialists in treating musculoskeletal problems and sports injuries, and have advanced knowledge in treating persistent body pains where others have been unsuccessful.
Our therapists are registered with both the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) and Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

Initial assessment & treatment
During your first physiotherapy consultation, you'll undergo a thorough assessment customised to your specific needs. Our experienced therapist will explore your medical history, current symptoms, and treatment objectives. You will be examined and a diagnosis or reason for your condition presented. You may receive hands on therapy, movement corrections and focused exercises aimed at enhancing your recovery. Leave feeling confident, with a good understanding of your problem and the pathway to improvement.
30 minutes £50
Review & treatment
In your follow-up physiotherapy sessions, your progress will be assessed and analysed.
Any questions that may have arisen will be addressed and you may expect a mix of targeted exercises, manual therapy, and self-management techniques to enhance recovery and keep you working towards your therapy goals
Your treatment plan will be adjusted based on your response to treatment.
Shockwave Therapy (read more) available at additional £15 supplement to standard
physiotherapy (£65 per session)
Referrals
Gidea Park Physiotherapy is a private physiotherapy clinic.
You may book in without seeing a GP or consultant.
We work with major private health insurers, AVIVA, AXA, BUPA, CIGNA, VITALITY, WPA.
Patients are kindly requested to check the conditions of their health insurance policy.
Private referrals are also accepted from doctors and other specialists.
